To say that Ray is amazing is to say nothing.  To say that he is darn good at what is doing is to say nothing either.  Not only he is smart, shrewd, with a unique sense of humor, his customer service skills are unparalleled.  I met Ray either by pure luck, or by the grace of fortune, after simply clicking a button on an internet portal while flipping through numerous postings of houses, trying to understand existing market trends and my own needs.  Only a few hours later I got a call from someone named Raymond Lee.  From day one to the very moment of handing me my new house keys, Ray never stopped impressing me with his professionalism and knowledge of the business, market, as well as profound understanding of the buyer/seller psychology.  He led me through the process without overburdening me with the typical realtor pushiness. What is most remarkable in dealing with Ray is that unlike other realtors I had met before, his goal was not to rush the buyer into a purchase but to educate them so they could find the house that would be right for them.  I could go on and write a few more pages of review, which he absolutely deserves but that is not the point.  Just want to say a BIG THANK YOU for what you have done for me and my family, as well as wish other buyers the same kind of luck of discovering you!

Ray is the best! We first connected with Ray through house hunting in San Jose/Morgan hill and feel so lucky we did. After we shifted our search farther south we were so impressed and grateful that Ray continued to work with us, and often spent a few hours on the road to show us houses in our new preferred area. As first time home buyers, we never felt pressured to move quickly or go beyond our budget, it was obvious that he genuinely wanted to help us find our 'perfect' house, and not just close a deal. We also feel like he taught us so much - both about the home buying process and also how to evaluate properties as long term investments. Whenever we walked into a house we truly trusted Ray's judgment. We feel like we are much more informed homebuyers (and now homeowners!) because we worked with him. 
Buying in the middle of a pandemic (and then a wildfire) was not something we expected to do, and we are thankful we had someone on our side that we could trust through the whole experience. He told us at the beginning of the process that he would always be available and he truly was. I don't think there was a single call or text he didn't return within an hour or so. And that definitely made a difference in the competitive market where we ultimately bought. Thanks again for helping us get into our dream house, Ray!

At a stressful time such as hunting for your first house, Ray is THE person you want to have by your side and take advice from.
He came highly recommended by a close friend of ours -- and rightfully so. After a first introductory meeting, he immediately got on our case and scheduled several visits to prospective properties to better understand our taste and needs. For each house we visited together, he made sure to discuss with us the great, the so-and-so and the ugly in an honest an upfront way, while helping us visualize each property's hidden potential as well as any possible red flag.
Long story short, with Ray's help we closed on a great house in less than one month. And we got it for below asking price.
We can truthfully say that Ray is a superb partner when it comes to navigating the intricate world of real estate in Silicon Valley. His professionalism, expertise and empathy made us feel comfortable and cared for at every stage of the process -- from understanding disclosures, to making an offer, to negotiating and to even figuring out how to get the best possible rate on our mortgage.
He is able to set realistic expectations and never loses sight of his clients' needs along the way. We enjoyed every minute spent in his company -- even serious business like buying a house can become pleasant when you find the right realtor.

Time for an update...

We decided to move abroad for a year and asked Raymond to help list our house for us in the summer of 2016. As soon as our house hit the market, so did a couple of other ones in our community. We weren't getting the offers we were anticipating and it was nearing our move out date. So, on Raymond's suggestion, we decided to take it off the market and rent it out.

He sold that house of ours for us the next summer and got us into a new development that he tracked the construction milestones while we were out of the country. When we returned this past June, we got our keys and moved right in. This was my first time seeing the house completed and I was disappointed by the size. I was expecting it to be bigger than it was. We expressed our concern to him and he was able to get us a cash offer within a week! I know, sounds surreal, but that's how good he is! We ended up keeping our house, but I can't tell you how appreciative I was to be able to have that option available to me at the time.

If you got this far into my comment, you are obviously looking for a real estate agent. Please stop scrolling through Yelp and just give Raymond a call! You will not regret it, I promise.

Over seven years ago, our first dealings with Ray Lee involved finding my daughter and son-in-law their first home to own. Ray listened to their needs and wants, then found the best first home for them. (Ray has the biggest heart and even helped with some needed demolition in the home's garage.)
Ray told us about refinancing possibilities for our home, so with Ray's help, we received a much better interest rate, which lowered our monthly mortgage.
Earlier this year, my daughter and son-in-law wanted to sell their first home and move out of State. They contacted Ray and listened to his advice on pricing their home to market. The home sold so quickly - prior to the first open house - and for much more than the listing price. The kids were thrilled.
Ray knows what he is doing. If you are considering a realtor, I would put complete trust in Ray selling your home or helping you buy a home. In fact, we did. Shortly after my daughter and son-in-law's home sold, we put ours on the market too. Ray had one open house, which he attended. Within 3 days we had a buyer and received tons more than the listing price.
Ray is the best realtor. He goes above and beyond. We had a remodel done years ago and the plans were never filed with the County. Ray learned of this when selling our home. Ray went to the County and started the filing process rolling and it was completed in record time for the sell of our home. Ray really cares about his clients. He is a very genuine, lovely person. My husband and I highly recommend Ray Lee as the Number 1 realtor and only realtor to partner with when buying or selling a home. We love this guy!

Thank you Ray! We have hands down the best real estate agent (turned friend) in the Bay Area... Dare i say California? Ray got us into our first home 2 years ago - which was the perfect house to start our family and get some practice being homeowners. With news of baby #2 on the way... we thought 880 sq feet might not be ideal. Ray Lee is the bay area's best real estate agent.  He is extremely knowledgeable about the market, neighborhoods, trends, and the entire real estate buying process from scouting, to viewings, to loans, to the close.  His honesty, integrity, diligence, and communication set him apart and are the foundations to his great customer success in buying and selling homes.  I have bought and sold with Ray several times.  The last transaction was well into seven figures and was extremely complex with easements and a difficult loan situation.  Ray was extraordinary at communicating between all the parties (loan, escrow, and agents) to keep the transaction moving and keep things positive.  All this happened during Covid which makes everything that much more difficult.  It turned out to be a great experience and we are so pleased with our home and future.  Thank you Ray.

Ray came highly recommended from my brother. Ray responds quickly to texts and emails, and is super flexible when we needed to talk over the phone. We used Ray to both sell our condo and purchase a home. He helped us throughout the selling process, answered our many questions, and helped us stage our place too. His photographer made our condo look so nice, we almost didn't want to sell. But we sure are glad Ray did. He was able to sell the condo for more than we had dreamed of and in only one week on the market.
