From a design perspective

This is one of the more versatile floor-plans that Brown & Kaufman offered. During our open houses, I had the pleasure of meeting so many of the great neighbors and local agents that live and work in this little slice of paradise. Many of them have the same floor-plan or have been in the re-imagined versions of this home. The remodels have included:


  • Opening the downstairs bathroom straight through to the laundry room
  • Opening the wall between the Great Room and the Dining Room
  • Opening the wall between the Dining Room and the Living Room
  • My personal favorite; opening the wall between the Kitchen and the Dining Room and then creating an open concept kitchen with a jaw-dropping island center piece
  • Reclaiming the little bedroom at the top of the stairs, converting it into the Walk-In closet for the Primary that sits right behind the wall
  • Re-imagining the Primary Bathroom now that you no longer need the little closet opposite the sink
